Samiran Dutta was on Monday (27.12.2021) appointed to the post of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL). According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Datta has been appointed to the post for a period with effect from the date of his assumption of charge of the post till August 31, 2025, i.e. the date of his superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Presently, he is serving as Director (Finance), BCCL.
