Soma Mondal, chairperson of state-owned Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), was on Friday elected the new chairperson of Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE). She has been elected for a term of two years. Pradip Kumar Das, CMD, IREDA has been elected as Vice Chairman, SCOPE.

Atul Sobti, Director General, Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE) and Returning Officer, SCOPE Board Elections for the term 2021-23 were declared the result of the election. DG,SCOPE informed that the new Executive Board of SCOPE will assume office from 1st April 2021.
