Sanjay Kumar Singh (IAS:1987:MP) has been appointed to the post of Additional Secretary, Ministry of Panchayati Raj by revoking order regarding his repatriation to cadre. He was repatriated to cadre from the post of Administrator, Universal Service Obligation Fund, Department of Telecommunications.
