S K Pattnaik returns to parent cadre

S K Pattnaik (IFoS:2002:UK), CVO, Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation Ltd (IRCTC), Delhi has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre in order to enable him to avil the benefit of promotion.
