Shiv Kumar Nigam has been appointed to the post of Second Secretary (Hindi and Culture) in High Commission of India, Port of Spain, under the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) for a period of three years. Presently, he is serving as Deputy Director (OL), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.
