S D Sharma (CSS), Joint Secretary (Training) in DoPT, will continue to hold the additional charge of the post of Director, Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM) for a further three months or till a regular incumbent is appointed. He has been holding the additional charge since May 2020.
