Roopa Mishra gets extension one year as JS in MoHUA

The central deputation tenure of Roopa Mishra (IAS:2004:OR) as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), has been extended for a period of one year. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday (24.01.2025), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs to extend the deputation tenure of Ms. Mishra for a period of one year beyond 02.02.2025 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
