The central deputation tenure of Richa Misra (IDAS:1996), serving as Joint Secretary & Financial Advisor in the Department of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation, has been extended by one year. The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) issued an order on Tuesday (30.01.2024), stating that the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has sanctioned the extension of Ms. Misra’s deputation tenure beyond 19.01.2024, or until further orders, whichever occurs earlier.
