Retd. IPS officer Bhavesh Kumar Singh to be CIC of UP

Bhavesh Kumar Singh (Retd.IPS:1987:UP) is likely to be the new Chief Information Commissioner (CIC) of the state. The post of CIC has been lying vacant for over one year after the retirement of Jawed Usmani (Retd.IAS:1978:UP).
