Research and Analysis Wing chief Samant Kumar Goel (IPS:1984:PB) and Intelligence Bureau head Arvind Kumar (IPS:1984:AM) were given one year extension in their service on Thursday.
Goel will continue to be the Secretary of Research and Analysis Wing (R&AW) for period of one year beyond 30.06.2021. Similarly, Kumar will continue to head the Intelligence Bureau for a period of one year after June 30.
