Ravi Bhushan Kumar, Director, R&D Division in the Department of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation, has been appointed to the post Member Secretary, Upper Yamuna River Board (UYRB). According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet on Monday approved the appointment of Kumar to the post of Member Secretary, UYRB.
