The central deputation tenure of Rashmi Chowdhary (IRPS:1989) as Additional Secretary, Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), has been extended. According to an order issued by the DoPT on Friday (21.04.2023), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the extension of Ms. Chowdhary’s deputation tenure beyond 12.05.2023 for a period up to 25.03.2025 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
The ACC also approved an extension in temporary upgradation of the post of Joint Secretary to the level of Additional Secretary in the Department of Personnel & Training, presently held by Ms. Rashmi Chowdhary for a period of one year beyond 12.05.2023 i.e. up to 12.05.2024.
