The central deputation tenure of Rasaal Dwivedi (IRS-C&IT:2011) as Private Secretary to Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas Hardeep Singh Puri has been extended by six months.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday (March 20, 2025), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas to extend his tenure beyond March 15, 2026, up to September 15, 2026.
The extension will be on a co-terminus basis with the Minister or till he ceases to function as Private Secretary to the Minister, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
