The central deputation tenure of Rakesh Kumar Singh (IDAS:1993) as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs, has been extended for a period of one year. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), the central government has approved the proposal of Ministry of Home Affairs for extension of central deputation tenure of Singh for a period of one year beyond 09.12.2021 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
