Rakesh Kumar promoted to Senior Administrative Grade

Rakesh Kumar has been empanelled for promotion to the Senior Administrative Grade, designated as Additional Director General Foreign Trade/Development Commissioner Special Economic Zone/Trade Advisor, within the Indian Trade Service in the Directorate General of Foreign Trade. The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) issued an order on Wednesday (24.01.2024), confirming that the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has granted approval for Mr. Kumar’s empanelment to the Senior Administrative Grade for the panel year 2023.
