Rakesh Kumar Mishra (IRPF:2001) was on Friday appointed as Private Secretary to Parshottam Rupala, Minister for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying for the period of 2 years, 6 months & 17 days (i.e. balance period of his tenure of five years as Private Secretary) or on co-terminus basis or till he ceases to function as Private Secretary to the Minister.
