Rajul Bhatt will continue as Director, ISTM

Ms. Rajul Bhatt (IPoS:2000), who currently serves as the Joint Secretary (Training) in the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), will continue to hold the additional responsibility as the Director of the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM). As per an official order released by the DoPT on Saturday, dated October 7, 2023, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has endorsed the DoPT’s proposal to extend the entrustment of this additional charge to Ms. Bhatt. This extension is effective beyond the previous cutoff date of September 15, 2023, and is valid until May 7, 2024, or until the appointment of a regular incumbent, or until further orders, whichever occurs first.
