The deputation tenure of Rajendra R Garawad (IFoS:2001:AM) as Deputy Inspector General of Forests (DIGF), National Tiger Conservation Authority (NTCA), Regional Office, Delhi under the Ministry of Environment, Forests, and Climate Change, has been extended for a further period of one year. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Monday (19.06.2023), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of M/o EF&CC to extend the deputation tenure of Mr. Garawad for a further period of one year with effect from 22.04.2023 (i.e. a total tenure of 8 years outside the cadre) or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
