Rajasthan: Three IAS officers shifted, three assigned additional responsibilities

The Rajasthan government on Tuesday (27.02.2024) announced the transfer and posting of three IAS officers, accompanied by additional responsibilities assigned to three others.

The details of the officers and their new roles are outlined below:

Transfers:

1. Mohammad Junaid PP (IAS:2018:RJ):
   • Previous Position: Additional Commissioner-II, EGS, Jaipur.
   • New Position: Joint Secretary, Finance (Expenditure-II) Department, Jaipur.
2. Rahul Jain (IAS:2019:RJ):
   • Previous Position: CEO, Zila Parishad-cum-Additional District Programme Coordinator, EGS, and ex-officio Chief Project Officer (MADA) Rajsamand.
   • New Position: Commissioner, Udaipur Development Authority, Udaipur.
3. Dhaigude Snehal Nana (IAS:2019:RJ):
   • Previous Position: CEO, Zila Parishad-cum-Additional District Programme Coordinator, EGS, and ex-officio Chief Project Officer (MADA), Chhittorgarh.
   • New Position: Secretary, Urban Development Trust, Alwar.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Karan Singh (IAS:2009:RJ):
   • Current Position: Special Secretary, Labour Department, Jaipur.
   • Additional Charge: Commissioner, Labour Department.
2. Vishwa Mohan Sharma (IAS:2010:RJ):
   • Current Position: Commissioner, Mid Day Meal, Jaipur.
   • Additional Charge: Special Secretary, Education Department.
3. Rajendra Vijay (IAS:2010:RJ):
   • Current Position: Special Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs.
   • Additional Charge: MD, Rajasthan State Food & Civil Supplies Corporation, Jaipur.
