Rajasthan: 7 IAS officers shifted, one gets additional charge

The Rajasthan government on Saturday (02.02.2024) issued transfer and posting orders for seven IAS officers. Furthermore, an additional charge was assigned to one IAS officer as part of the administrative changes.

The Rajasthan government on Saturday (02.02.2024) issued transfer and posting orders for seven IAS officers. Furthermore, an additional charge was assigned to one IAS officer as part of the administrative changes.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

  1. Bhawani Prasad Detha (IAS:1999:RJ), Principal Secretary, Planning, Planning (Manpower and Gazetteers), Statistics Department, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Youth Affairs and Sports Department.
  2. Naveen Jain (IAS:2001:RJ), Secretary, School Education, Language and Library Department, Panchayati Raj (Elementary Education) Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Planning, Planning (Manpower and Gazetteers), Statistics Department.
  3. Krishna Kunal (IAS:2003:RJ), Secretary, Women & Child Development and Panchayati Raj (Women & Child Development) Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, School Education, Language and Library Department, Panchayati Raj (Elementary Education) Department.
  4. V Sarvan Kumar (IAS:2006:RJ), Secretary, Science & Technology Department, has been posted as Secretary & Commissioner, Science & Technology Department.
  5. Dr. Mohan Lal Yadav (IAS:2008:RJ), Divisional Commissioner, Sikar, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Women & Child Development and Panchayati Raj (Women & Child Development) Department.
  6. Mahendra Soni (IAS:2008:RJ), Additional DG, HCMP, RIPA, Jaipur, has been transferred and posted as Member, Revenue Board, Ajmer.
  7. Ghanendra Bhan Chaturvedi (IAS:2009:RJ), Land Management Commissioner and ex-officio Director, Settlement, Jaipur, has been transferred and posted as Divisional Commissioner, Sikar.
  8. Narendra Gupta (IAS:2011:RJ), Special Secretary, Revenue Department has been given additional charge of Land Management Commissioner and ex-officio Director, Settlement.
