The Rajasthan government on Thursday (01.02.2024) issued transfer and posting orders for 17 senior IAS officers.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:
- Subir Kumar, Principal Secretary, Governor, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Higher Education & Technical Education Deptt. Jaipur.
- Bhawani Singh Detha, Principal Secretary, Higher Education & Technical Education Deptt., has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Planning, Statistical Deptt.
- Vikas Sitaramji Bhale, Principal Secretary, Labour, Factory & Boiler Monitoring and Medical & Health Services (ESI) Deptt. Jaipur, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries & Gopalan Deptt.
- Dr. Prithvi Raj, Secretary, Youth Affairs and Sports, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Labour, Factory & Boiler Monitoring and Medical & Health Services (ESI) Deptt. Jaipur.
- Purna Chandra Kishan, Secretary, Skill, Employment and Entrepreneurship Department, Disaster Management, Relief and Public Safety Deptt., has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Skill, Employment and Entrepreneurship Department.
- Gaurav Goyal, Secretary, Administrative Reforms & Coordination and Printing & Stationery Deptt., has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Governor.
- Vijay Pal Singh, MD, RTDC, Jaipur, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Sanskrit Education, Jaipur.
- Rashmi Gupta, Director and Ex-officio Secretary, Department of Watershed and Soil Conservation (Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Deptt.), Jaipur, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Home, Jaipur.
- Vishram Meena, OSD, Jaipur Rural, has been transferred and posted as Director-ex-officio Special Secretary, Department of Watershed and Soil Conservation (Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Deptt.), Jaipur.
- Neha Giri, Special Secretary, Industries & Commerce Deptt., Jaipur, has been transferred and posted as MD, Rajasthan Medical Services Corporation Limited, Jaipur.

- Priyanka Goswami, Additional Mission Director, National Health Mission, Jaipur, has been transferred and posted as CEO, State Health Insurance, Agency, Jaipur.

- Dr. Mahendra Khadgawat, Director, Department of Archaeology and Museums, has been transferred and posted as Director, State Insurance & Provident Fund Department.
