Raj Kumar Digvijay appointed as PS to MoS Giriraj Singh

Raj Kumar Digvijay (IRS-C&CE:2004) has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister of State for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Giriraj Singh at the level of Deputy Secretary.
