Raiti Madhava Rao (IOFS:2008) was on Thursday (30.12.2021) appointed to the post of Deputy Secretary in the Department of Telecommunications, Delhi for a period of four years. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, Rao has been appointed to the post under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
