District collector of Raipur, OP Chaudhary (IAS:2005) has resigned from Indian Administrative service. He may join the Bharatiya Janata Party and contest the forthcoming assembly elections from Kharsiya constituency (Chhattisgarh) against sitting congress MLA Umesh patel.
