Rahul Chhabra (IFS:1987) has been appointed as Secretary (Economic Relations) in the Ministry of External Affairs vice T.S. Tirumurti (IFS:1985), who has been appointed as the next Parmanent Representative of India to the United Nations in New York. Presently, he is serving as High Commissioner of India to Kenya.
