Radha Katyal Narang (IRS-IT:2005), who is presently serving as Director in the Department of Justice, has been appointed as Director in the Department of Official Language under the Ministry of Home Affairs.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Saturday (14.06.2025), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the Civil Services Board’s (CSB) recommendation for her lateral shift. She will assume charge of the new post with effect from the date of taking over and serve for the balance period of her five-year deputation under the Central Staffing Scheme—up to 07.09.2027—or until further orders, whichever is earlier
