R Subrahmanyam gets addl. charge as Secretary, Skill Development

R. Subrahmanyam (IAS:1985:AP) has been additional charge of the post of Secretary, Ministry of Skill Development and Entreneurship from Januaray 1, 2019 to February 3, 2019 during the period of absence on leave of K P Krishnan (IAS:1983:KN). Presently, he is Secretary, Department of Higher Education.
