R. Masakui concurrently accredited as the next High Commissioner of India to Cayman Islands

R. Masakui (IFS:2001) has been concurrently accredited as the next High Commissioner of India to the Cayman Islands, with residence in Kingston. Presently, he is High Commissioner of India to Jamaica.
