R. Madhavan appointed as CMD, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited

The Appointment Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of R. Madhavan to the post of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) for a period of five years.
