Rajiv Kumar Gupta (IFoS:1988:AGMUT), CVO, Oil India Limited (OIL) has been assigned additional charge of the post of CVO, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL), Delhi for a period of three months or till the appointment of a regular CVO as the incumbent Vinod Kumar (IFoS:1987:UD) has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre on grounds of promotion.
