R K Arora appointed as PS to Dr. S Jaishankar

Ravi Kumar Arora (IAS:2006:GJ) has been appointed as Private Secretary to Dr. S Jaishankar, the Minister for external affairs at the level of Deputy Secretary for a period of five years.
