Punjab: Two IPS officers shifted, Virender Kumar posted as Chief Director, Vigilance

The Punjab government on Saturday (23.12.2023) issued transfer and posting orders for two senior IPS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are given below:

1. Virender Kumar (IPS:1993:PB), Special DGP-cum-Chief Director Vigilance Bureau with additional charge of ADGP, Intelligence-I has been transferred and posted as Special DGP-cum-Chief Director, Vigilance Bureau.
2. RK Jaiswal (IPS:1997:PB), ADGP-Intelligence-I, has been transferred and posted as ADGP, Intelligence (Head of Wing).
