The Punjab Pradesh government on Sunday (22.01.2023) swapped responsibilities between two IAS officers.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :
- Vinay Bublani (IAS:2008:PB), Special Secretary, Home Affairs & Justice with additional charges of Secretary, Punjab State Human Rights Commission and Nodal Officer, Anti Drug Abuse Campaign (Department of Home) has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, School Education with additional charge of Director General, School Education.
- Varinder Kumar Sharma (IAS:2009:PB), Special Secretary, School Education with additional charge of Director General, School Education has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Home Affairs & Justice with additional charges of Secretary, Punjab State Human Rights Commission and Nodal Officer, Anti Drug Abuse Campaign (Department of Home).
