Vijoy Kumar Singh (IAS: 1990: PB), currently serving as Special Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister, has been entrusted with additional responsibilities. He will now assume the role of Special Chief Secretary-cum-Finance Commissioner, Cooperation, thereby relieving KAP Sinha (IAS:1992:PB) of the additional charge. Additionally, Mr. Singh has been assigned the additional responsibility of Principal Resident Commissioner (NRI Affairs) at Punjab Bhawan, New Delhi.
