Punjab : Six IAS officers transferred

The Punjab government on Monday issued transfer and posting ordres of six IAS officers in the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:

  1. Ravneet Kaur (IAS:1988:PB) : ACS-cum-FC, Forest and Wild Life.
  2. A Venu Prasad (IAS:1991:PB) : Principal Secretary, Water Resources in addition Principal Secretary, Mines and Geology and in addition CMD, Punjab State Transmission Corporation Ltd.
  3. Mohinder Pal Arora (IAS:2003:PB) : Special Secretary, Labour.
  4. Manpreet Singh (IAS:2005:PB) : Special Secretary, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries and Dairy Development in additional Special Secretary, Higher Education & Languages in addition Special Secretary, NRI Affairs.
  5. Jaskaran Singh (IAS:2005:PB) : Special Secretary, Jails and MD, PRTC.
  6. Girish Dayal (IAS:2011:PB) : DC, SAS Nagar and in addition Chief Administrator, GMADA SAS Nagar.
