The Punjab government on Monday (07.04.2025) effected a key change in the police administration by assigning senior IPS officer Praveen Kumar Sinha (IPS:1994:PB) the additional charge of ADGP, Intelligence.
Sinha, who is currently serving as ADGP, NRI Affairs in SAS Nagar, will take over the Intelligence Department from RK Jaiswal (IPS:1997:PB), who had been holding the post since February 2023.
