Punjab : Nine IPS officers transferred

The Punjab government on Monday issued transfer and posting orders of 09 IPS officers in the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Gurpreet Singh Gill (IPS-SPS:2004:PB) : DIG, Law and Order with additional charge of DIG, CAD & Crime against Women and Child.
2. S. Boopathi (IPS:2007:PB) : AIG, Special Branch-1 Intelligence, Chandigarh.
3. D. Sudarvizhi (IPS:2007:PB) : DCP, Detective, Jalandhar.
4. Ravjot Grewal (IPS:2015:PB) : SP, Rural, SAS Nagar.
5. Deepak Prateek (IPS:2014:PB) : ADCP, Ludhiana.
6. Ashwini Goyal (IPS:2016:PB) : ADCP, Hqrs, Ludhiana
7. Simrat Kaur (IPS:2016:PB) : ADCP Hqrs, Amritsar.
8. Ravi Kumar (IPS:2016:PB) : SP Hqrs, Jalandhar (Rural) with additional charge of Cyber Crime Jalandhar Range and CP, Jalandhar.
9. Ankur Gupta (IPS:2016:PB): SP, Hqrs, Rupnagar.
