Punjab: Four IAS officers shifted, Gurkirat Kirpal Singh posted as Administrative Secretary, Home Affairs

The Punjab government on Monday (17.07.2023) issued transfer and posting orders for four IAS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Rakhe Gupta Bhandari (IAS:1997:PB), Principal Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs, has been given additional charge Principal Secretary, Tourism and Cultural Affairs.
2. Gurkirat Kirpal Singh (IAS:2001:PB), Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs with additional charges of Secretary, Tourism and Cultural Affairs and Secretary, Mines and Geology, has been transferred and posted as Administrative Secretary, Home Affairs and Justice with additional charges of Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs and Secretary, Mines and Geology.
3. Priyank Bharti (IAS:2001:PB) has been posted as Secretary, Technical Education and Industrial Training.
4. Diprava Lakra (IAS:2005:PB) has been posted as Secretary, Finance with additional charge of Managing Director, Punjab Infrastructure Development Board.
