Punjab: Five IPS officers shifted, Nilabh Kishore posted as IGP, Internal Security, SAS Nagar

The Punjab government on Sunday (21.05.2023) issued transfer and posting orders for 5 IPS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Nilabh Kishore (IPS:1998:PB), awaiting for posting orders, has been posted as IGP, Internal Security, SAS Nagar.
2. Gursharan Singh Sandhu (IPS:2004:PB), IGP, Crime, BoI, Chandigarh, has been transferred and posted as IGP, Crime, BoI, Chandigarh with additional charge of IGP, Provisioning, Chandigarh.
3. Sanjeev Rampal (IPS), DIG, STF, SAS Nagar, has been transferred and posted as DIG, STF, SAS Nagar with additional charge of DIG Commando, Bahadurgarh, Patiala.
4. Jaspreet Singh Sindhu (IPS:2008:PB), Commandant, 1st IRB, Patiala, has been transferred and posted as AIG, IRB, Patiala.
5. Ajay Gandhi (IPS:2018:PB), SP, Investigation, Bathinda, has been transferred and posted as SP, Investigation Bathinda with additional charge of SP, RBI, Bathinda.
