Punjab: Five IPS officers promoted as DIGs

The Punjab government has promoted five IPS officers of the 2011 batch to the rank of Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG).

The Punjab government on Tuesday (24.06.2025) promoted five IPS officers of the 2011 batch to the rank of Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG).

They are;

  1. Nanak Singh
  2. Gaurav Garg (On Central Deputation)
  3. Deepak Hilori (On Central Deputation)
  4. Gurmeet Chauhan
  5. Naveen Saini
