The Punjab government on Monday (04.10.2021) posted former Punjab Police chief Dinkar Gupta (IPS:1987:PB) as Chairman of Punjab Police Housing Corporation (PPHC).
Gupta had proceeded on leave after Charanjit Singh Channi replaced Capt Amarinder Singh as the chief minister. Iqbal Preet Singh Sahota (IPS:1988:PB) was later appointed as acting DGP of Punjab after Gupta went on leave.
M K Tiwari (IPS:1987:PB), who was Chairman-cum-Managing Director of PPHC, has been posted as PPHC Managing Director after Gupta’s appointment as PPHC chairman.
