Punjab: 7 IPS officers among 143 police officers transferred

The Punjab Government on Monday (23.09.2024) ordered the transfers and postings of 143 police officers including 7 IPS officers with immediate effect.

The names of the officers and their posting are as follows;

1. Arvind Meena, Available for posting after completion of Phase-II training, has been posted as ASP SD North, Amritsar.
2. Akarshi Jain, ASP SD Central Ludhiana, has been transferred and posted as ASP SD Gill, Ludhiana.
3. Vibhav Chaudhary, ASP SD City-1, Patiala, has been transferred and posted as ASP Detective, Patiala.
4. Sirivennela, Available for posting after completion of Phase-II training, has been posted as ASP SD Model Town, Jalandhar.
5. Jayant Puri, ASP SD Dera Bassi, SAS Nagar, has been transferred and posted as ASP SD City-1, SAS Nagar.
6. Dilpreet Singh, Available for posting after completion of Phase-II training, has been posted as ASP SD Dina Nagar, Gurdaspur.
7. Rishabh Bhola, Available for posting after completion of Phase-II training, ASP SD North, Jalandhar.
