Punjab: 16 IPS officers shifted, Naunihal Singh is new Amritsar CP

In a major reshuffle, 18 Punjab Police Officers have been transferred from their posts. Out of 18 officers, 16 are IPS while the other two are PPS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:

2. Arun Pal Singh (IPS:1997:PB): ADGP, Modernization.
3. R K Jaiswal (IPS:1997:PB): ADGP, STF.
4. Gurinder Singh Dhillon (IPS:1997:PB): ADGP, Law & Order.
5. Mohnish Chawla (IPS:1997:PB): ADGP, State Crime Record Bureau.
6. Surinderpal Singh Parmar (IPS:1997:PB): ADGP, Bathinda Range, Bathinda.
7. Jaskaran Singh (IPS:1998:PB): IGP, Intelligence, SAS Nagar.
8. Gursharan Singh Sandhu (IPS:2004:PB): IGP, Crime.
9. Baljot Singh Rathore (IPS:2004:PB): IGP, GRP, Patiala.
10. Gurpreet Singh Bhullar (IPS:2004:PB): IGP, AGTF and IGP Rupnagar Range, Rupnagar.
