Punjab: 13 Districts get new SSPs

In a major reshuffle in the police department, the Punjab government on Wednesday transferred 13 Indian Police Service (IPS) and Punjab Police Service officers, including 12 Senior Superintendents of Police.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:

1. Rajpal Singh (IPS-SPS): SSP, Kapurthala.
2. Navneet Singh Bains (IPS:2015:PB): SSP, Ludhiana Rural.
3. Harjeet Singh (IPS:2010:PB): AIG, Armament Punjab with additional charge of SSP, Faridkot.
4. J Elanchezian (IPS:2010:PB): SSP, Moga.
5. Gulneet Singh Khurana (IPS:2012:PB): SSP, Bhathinda.
6. Amneet Kondal (IPS:2012:PB): SSP, Khanna.
7. Dayama Harish Kumar Omprakash (IPS:2014:PB): SSP, Gurudaspur.
8. Deepak Hilori (IPS:2011:PB): Staff Officer to DGP Punjab.
9. Harmanbir Singh Gill (IPS-SPS): SSP, Sri Muktsar Sahib.
10. Ashwini Gotyal (IPS:2016:PB): SSP, Batala.
11. Satinder Singh (IPS-SPS): SSP, Amritsar Rural.
12. Bhupinder Singh (PPS): SSP, Malerkotla.
13. Avneet Kaur Sidhu (PPS): SSP, Fazilka.
