The Punjab government has issued transfer and posting orders of 12 senior IAS officers in the state.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

- Amardeep Rai (IPS:1994:PB) : ADGP, NRI Affairs.
- Vibhu Raj (IPS:1996:PB) : IGP, Vigilance Bureau.
- Shive Kumar Verma (IPS:1998:PB) : IGP, Intellience.
- S K Singh : IGP, Community Affairs (Addl. Charge of IGP Crime against Women, Punjab).
- Gurpreet Singh Gill (IPS-SPS:2004:PB) : DIG Law & Order with Addl. charge of DIG Community Affairs Division and Crimes against Women
& Children. - Gurpreet Singh Toor (IPS-SPS:2004:PB) : DIG, Headquarters & Administration.
- Surjit Singh (IPS-SPS:2004:PB) : DIG, Vigilance Bureau.
- Harjeet Singh (IPS:2010:PB) : SSP, Fazilka.
- Vivek Sheel Soni (IPS:2011:PB) : SSP, Ludhiana.
- Akhil Chaudhary (IPS:2012:PB) : AIG Armament Punjab Chandigarh (With addl. charge of DCP Hqrs, Ludhiana.
- Gaurav Toora (IPS:2014:PB) : SP, (Investigation) Amritsar (Rural).
