Punjab: 11 IAS officers shifted, 5 Districts get new DCs

On Thursday (31.03.2022), the Punjab government issued transfer and posting orders of 11 IAS officers across the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Mohinder Pal (IAS:2008:PB): Special Secretary, Home Affairs & Justice.
2. Ramvir (IAS:2009:PB): Director General, Employment Generation & Training with additional charge of Mission Director, Punjab Skill Development Mission.
3. Harish Nayar (IAS:2009:PB): Deputy Commissioner, Barnala.
4. Kumar Amit (IAS:2010:PB): Special Secretary, Personnel with additional charges of MD, Punjab Small Industries Export Corporation and Special Secretary to Chief Minister.
5. Kumar Saurabh Raj (IAS:2011:PB): Director, Technical Education and Industrial Training.
6. Vineet Kumar (IAS:2012:PB): Special Secretary, Agriculture with additional charge of Punjab State Warehousing Corporation.
7. Kulwant Singh (IAS:2012:PB): Deputy Commissioner, Moga.
8. Showkat Ahmad Parray (IAS:2013:PB): Deputy Commissioner, Bathinda.
9. Jitendra Jorwal (IAS:2014:PB): Deputy Commissioner, Sangrur.
10. Jaspreet Singh (IAS:2014:PB): Deputy Commissioner, Mansa.
11. Himanshu Jain (IAS:2017:PB): Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister.
