Punjab : 05 IAS officers transferred

The Punjab government on Wednesday issued transfer and posting orders of five senior IAS officers in the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Rahul Bhandari (IAS:1997:PB) : Director, Mines & Geology with additional charges of Commissioner, Firozepur Division, Resident Commissioner (Investment Promotion & Industrial Liaison, Punjab Bhawan, New Delhi and Secretary, Water Resources and Mission Director, Directorate of Ground Water Management (Department of Water Resources).
2. Veerendra Kumar Meena (IAS:1997:PB) : Secretary, Higher Education & Languages with additional charges of Printing & Stationery and Punjab State Human Rights Commission.
3. Sumer Singh Gurjar (IAS:1998:PB) : Secretary, Freedom Fighter.
4. Sibin C (IAS:2005:PB) : Director, Industries & Commerce with additional charges of Secretary, Industries & Commerce, MD, Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation, Director, Punjab Information and Communication Technology Corporation Limited.
5. Neelima (IAS:2008:PB) : MD, Punjab Small Industries & Export Corporation (PSIEC) with additional charges of Additional CEO, Punjab Bureau of investment Promotion and MD, PUNCOM.
