In a key bureaucratic development, Puneet Bijaraniya (IPoS:2013), who was recommended for central deputation by the Department of Posts, has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC).
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday (November 12, 2025), Mr Bijaraniya will serve in the post for a period of four years from the date of assuming charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
