Prthul Kumar, Director (Infra), Railway Board, has been promoted to the Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) and posted as Executive Director (C&IS), Railway Board. Prithul replaces Jasmeet Singh Bindra (IRTS:1996) who was recently relocated to Northern Railway.
