Prakash Mirani gets extension as Additional CEO of GeM SPV

Prakash Mirani (IRSS:1989), currently serving as the Additional CEO of GeM SPV under the Department of Commerce, will continue his central deputation tenure, according to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Saturday (25.11.2023). The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has granted approval to the Department of Commerce’s proposal for extending Mr. Mirani’s deputation tenure. The extension is effective beyond the initial expiration date of 09.12.2023, allowing him to serve until his superannuation on 31.12.2024, or until further orders, whichever occurs earlier.
